Project:
Renovation of The Hotel Wilshire encompassed a full modernization of the Los Angeles hotel's 74 guest rooms, as well as a complete revitalization of the rooftop deck and other common spaces. The hotel remained open during construction.
In 2011, R.D. Olson Construction completed the adaptive reuse and structural retrofit of a 1951 office building, converting it into the 41,900 SF Hotel Wilshire.
