About the project:

Catalina’s Pavilion Hotel awoke with new vitality when R.D. Olson completed renovations on the 71-guest suite property. The suites were upgraded with new paint, carpet and vanity cabinetry. R.D. Olson eliminated four rooms to make space for two large luxury suites with ocean views, Jacuzzi baths, living quarters and standup showers. A wine lounge was built for tastings by night and breakfast dining by day. Sixteen suites now feature French doors leading onto newly built private garden patios beautified with tropical foliage. Plus, the entire exterior of the property was completely re-landscaped to provide a tropical look and feel so deserving of such a beach-style property.
