About the project:
Full renovation of all public spaces elevating this existing full-service Marriott to a higher level service hotel. Work includes renovation of the front entry, all new landscaping and hardscape with event lawn, lobby renovation, added coffee bar and lounge, new 3000 SF event space, state-of-the-art fitness facility with yoga room, new construction of the Great Room with bar and terrace, private VIP Members club, new 2,500 SF pool and spa with cabanas, pool bar and event lawn.
