About the project:

The community of Newport Coast is now home to one of the nation’s most prestigious vacation ownership developments, Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas, R.D. Olson Construction was chosen to build this lavish resort overlooking the exclusive Pelican Hill Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean, complete with views of Catalina Island.

Sprawled over the rolling hillside are two, three and four storied buildings creating a Mediterranean-style village characterized by stone finished, sculpted plaster detailing and Spanish clay tile roofs. Each luxuriously appointed two bedroom, two bath villa makes use of maple finished, granite countertops, stone and carpet flooring and features private balconies rimmed with decorative wrought iron and clay barrel tile railings.

Highlighted by imported, mosaic ceramic tile and decorative woodwork, the main registration building includes a health club and spa, complete with steam rooms, exercise facilities, massage and treatment centers. Outside, amid the lush landscaping and walkways lined with rustic, interlocking stone pavers, site two Jacuzzis, three pools, and imported, hand-chiseled fountain of Triton, the Greek god of the sea, and a koi pond.

Owner and guest at this world class resort will experience the beauty of the natural surrounding which are complimented by the high level of professional quality that R.D. Olson Construction has provided.
