About the project:
Located just blocks from the iconic Exposition Park in Los Angeles, this project consists of the new, ground-up construction of a privately owned permanent supportive housing development that will provide a total of 43 units. With over 33,000 square feet, the property will feature a common area to include onsite property management offices, bicycle storage room, community room, community laundry facilities, as well as outdoor landscaped areas.
The project will be a total of five stories and provide forty three studios ranging anywhere from 400 SF to 415 SF, and one 836 SF, 2-bedroom manager’s unit.
