About the project:
Artesa at Menifee Town Center is a ground-up, contemporary Spanish mission-style luxury apartment community that incorporates urban living in a small town setting in the vibrant amenity-rich community of Menifee, California. The 15-acre complex is comprised of 37 two- and three-story walk-up apartment buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom options, with 330 total units. All units feature luxury interior finishes including modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel G.E. appliances and distinctive wood-style flooring, and include full size washer and dryers. Additional project features include a fitness center, leasing building, carports, garages, pool & spa, bbq area, dog park and a mix of outdoor communal spaces, including a large clubhouse for community events, gatherings and celebrations.
