About the project:
Located near historic Victoria Park in Los Angeles, this project consists of the new, ground-up construction of a privately owned senior development that will provide 54 units of affordable rental housing. With over 43,000 square feet, the property will feature a common area to include commercial space, onsite property management offices, community room, community laundry facilities, observation deck, and outdoor hardscaped and landscaped courtyards. New high-tech features include a solar energy system and photo access security system.
The project will be a total of five stories and provide fifty three studios ranging anywhere from 393 SF to 424 SF, and one 875 SF, 2-bedroom manager’s unit.
