Located in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood, this new ground-up eight-story building will contain 64 units of affordable senior housing. Planned amenities include an 8th floor deck with a community room, BBQ area, library and shared laundry, with a leasing office, resident services and bike storage on the ground floor.
