Adaptive reuse of an existing building, along with new construction to complete a new full-service Hilton Hotel directly across from the iconic Santa Anita Racetrack.
The first phase will include the renovation of an existing 3-story building to a hotel with 91 rooms, a bar/restaurant, meeting room and kitchen.
New construction consists of a 6-story building containing 82 rooms, banquet/pre-function, fitness facility and kitchen.
