The project is for the design and construction of a 7-story mid-rise building, constructed of 5-stories of Type III over 2-stories of Type I. All construction will be above-ground. Total unit mix includes 8 one-bedroom units, 140 two-bedroom units and 59 three-bedroom units. Â The scope of the project will also include onsite and offsite improvements.
