Project:

Fairfield Inn and Suites, Tustin, CA

About the project:

Situated in the newly developed Tustin Pacific Center, R.D. Olson Construction completed Marriott’s newest Generation 4 design for Fairfield Inn & Suites in record time. As one of the first of its kind in California, this 4-story, 145-room hotel boasts a modern vibe of bold hues and geometric patterns.

The porte cochere creates a sense of arrival with an inviting, wave-like canopy projecting from the hotel’s signature tower. The contemporary reception area provides a chic illuminated backdrop, while the adjacent spherical lounge seating provides an engaging living zone. Innovative guest amenities include an outdoor lounge area with pool and spa, fire pit, exercise room, business center and 2,008 square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting space.

Delivered in tandem with the adjacent Residence Inn, the R.D. Olson Construction and development teams worked in sync to fast-track the project. Upon final life/safety inspection, the hotel became the first of only two properties to be approved by Marriott for the same owner on the same day with zero deficiencies, a significant accomplishment.
