IRVINE, Calif.--R.D. Olson Construction has completed Oak Creek Village Center, a mega shopping mall owned by The Irvine Company. The complex will serve as the shopping hub for residents of the newly-developed Irvine community, Oak Creek. It will be home to Gelson’s Market, Office Depot and Blockbuster Video, to name a few.
