R.D. Olson Construction Completes Hotel for Major Hospitality Chain

  HAWTHORNE, CALIF.—R.D. Olson Construction, specialists in building hotels, restaurants and business complexes, has completed the Springhill Suites in Hawthorne, Calif. Olson provided general contracting services for the six-story structure at a project cost of $9 million.  

Springhill Suites is centrally located at 14620 Aviation Blvd. The 96,000-square-foot hotel has 164 suites, a breakfast room, pool, Jacuzzi and exercise area. To better serve its guests, it offers cable access.

Marriott International owns Springhill Suites. Johnson Braund Architects, a Seattle-based firm, designed it.
