ARCADIA, Calif.--R. D. Olson Construction recently completed building the 67,700- square-foot Hilton Garden Inn, in Arcadia, Calif. The Irvine-based construction company, which specializes in hotels, restaurants and retail outlets, provided general contracting services for the $4.6 million facility located at 199 North Second Ave.
The Hilton Garden Inn is owned by Stonebridge Companies of Aurora, Colo. Designed by Seaver Franks Architects and Design Force Corporation, the new facility is home to 124 suites, three executive meeting rooms and a large fitness center.
"The Hilton Garden Inn was built to exude a friendly and charming ambiance to welcome the city's increasing number of tourists," said Dennis Reyling, president, R. D. Olson Construction.
R. D. Olson Construction is a national general contractor and construction management company. It was founded by Robert Olson in 1979 and has since built such well-known establishments as the Holiday Inn Select and Conference Center, La Mirada; Northpark Plaza, Irvine; and Dave and Buster's, Irvine and Orange. Current structures under construction include the Spectrum Club, The City of Commerce; Oak Creek Village Center, Irvine; and St. Regis Los Angeles, formerly the Century Plaza Tower. R. D.
