R. D. Olson Construction Completes Hotel in Calabasas |
CALABASAS, Calif.--Irvine-based hotel builder, R.D. Olson Construction, has completed the Hilton Garden Inn in Calabasas located at 24150 Park Sorrento. R.D. Olson Construction provided general contracting services for the 74,000-square-foot hotel owned by Mian Horizon Financial Corporation. RYS Architecture designed the early California-style structure housing 142 suites, three conference rooms and a pool, spa and fitness area. Construction project costs totaled $7.3 million “We are proud to be the primary contractor for many of the Hilton Hotels and Hilton Garden Inns, which have been built in recent years throughout Southern California,” said Dennis Reyling, president, R.D. Current structures under construction in California include Arnie Morton’s of Chicago, The Steakhouse, Burbank; Lake Arrowhead Country Club, Lake Arrowhead; and Glen Ivy Day Spa, Brea. R.D.
