R.D. Olson Construction Expands Popular South Orange County Clubhouse
  LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif.--R.D. Olson Construction, an Irvine-based firm specializing in country clubs, retail complexes and hotels, has completed the expansion and renovation of the El Niguel Country Club located at 23700 Clubhouse Dr.

Olson renovated and expanded the clubhouse, locker rooms and outdoor patio. Keary Gregg & Associates of Laguna Niguel designed the 9,000-square-foot renovation, which entails matching the décor with that of the existing structure. Project costs for the expansion total $4 million.

“The club expanded to cater to its growing clientele,” said Dennis Reyling, president, R.D. Olson Construction. “We are pleased to contribute to the country club’s progress.”
