Sears continues to draw on R.D. Olson's retail expertise as a key resource in their nationwide renovation campaign. Having completed projects from Salt Lake City to Maui for Sears, R.D. Olson tailors services for each store - implementing customized training for management teams.

Notable accomplishments include a 27,000 square foot addition at Sears Maui: a flagship Homelife outlet in Pearl City, Hawaii; and two prototype stores in California showcasing Sears' new SDI look which utilizes custom casework, track lighting, broadloom carpeting, limestone, and ceramic tile to enhance the store's atmosphere.
