Boasting an excellent reputation, Houston's opened their new 8,000 square foot restaurant in Marietta, Georgia. To create usable real estate on a sloping site, R. D. Olson built retaining walls up to thirty feet around the property, then imported and compacted more than 25,000 cubic yards of fill to level the site. Inside, exposed wood bow trusses add an airy texture to the vaulted ceiling. Rich mahogany hardwood, textured stone, and stained concrete floors create a genuinely rustic aura below.
