Client: JMB Realty Corporation Architect/Designer - Ballroom: Concepts 4, Inc Designer: Guest Rooms: Trout Associates The venue of choice for posh L.A. affairs, Century Plaza's recently renovated ballroom is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with world-class sound, lighting, and HVAC systems. Encompassing over 100,000 square feet, the project features 26 foot-high gold-leaf ceilings; rich mahogany millwork; silk-padded walls; and brass-trimmed, etched-glass balustrades. R.D. Olson delivered this project in just 75 days after renovating 323 guest rooms, suites, and the public areas in the Hotel Tower. |
