Construction worked closely with the design team to transform the
original Four Seasons Spa into a lavish retreat befitting this
five-diamond resort. After 22,000 square feet of interior renovation
and exterior construction, the spa is a work of art that even the
most discriminating tastes would appreciate.
Two
large glass roof solariums stand proudly above the stunningly
decorated lounges and exercise areas. A handsome blend of stone,
marble and cherry millwork encase the spa’s many amenities
including its hydrotherapy treatment facility, Vichy shower, massage
treatment quarters, facial and body wrap areas and locker rooms. The
Couples Suite—a haven of ecstasy with high-end massage tables,
fine cabinetry, Jacuzzi cabana, shower for two and marble
fireplace—was designed to allow guests to enjoy a duo treatment in
a totally lavish and private setting.
Hand-crafted
wood doors, radius cased openings, and extensive arched and cove
ceilings add intimacy throughout the spa’s interior. Complementing
this harmonious design is a presentation of colorful mosaic tiles
decorating the spa’s wet areas including the men’s and women’s
whirlpool and sauna and steam rooms.
Just outside
is a peaceful Zen garden of artfully-placed succulents. A pebble
stone pathway winds though its foliage leading to a private Watsu
tub and several cabanas, where guests may enjoy an assortment of
treatments.
In a world
where luxury is key, the Four Seasons Aviara Spa is picture perfect
in every sense.
