Olson Construction welcomed the opportunity to build the impressive property, which also included construction of the Alamo Grill Steakhouse located on the hotel's premises.

The full-service, 9-story Holiday Inn houses 264 guestrooms, three meeting rooms, exercise and game facilities, and a poolside cabana bar. An impressive porte cochere marks the entrance to the 135,000 square foot hotel, while the interiors boast imported tile flooring, custom carpet inlays, decorative wall coverings and wood accent moldings.

Highlighted by lush landscaping and lighting features, the Holiday Inn shares a common outdoor recreation area with the adjacent Staybridge Suites, which includes a swimming pool and spa, barbeque gazebo and lighted sports court.
